Joshua Scheufler’s practice focuses on all aspects of patent litigation from district court to Patent Office proceedings and appellate review. Joshua has worked on all variety of technical areas, including telecommunications, speech recognition, consumer electronics, user interfaces, machine learning, unmanned aerial vehicles, cellphone hardware, and medical devices as well as with several technical standards such as 3GPP for Mobile Broadband and EMV standards for contactless payment.

Joshua has experience litigating in popular patent venues including WD Tex and ND Cal.  He also has experience representing clients on both sides of the “v” in inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and as third party requesters in several successful ex parte reexaminations.

Prior to joining Bunsow De Mory, Joshua was a patent litigation associate with Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP
