Abigail Lubow focuses her practice on patent litigation in federal courts and post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Her expertise encompasses complex intellectual property matters involving electrical and computer technologies, including integrated circuits and semiconductors, liquid crystal display devices, and consumer electronics. Dr. Lubow is registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as a patent practitioner.
Dr. Lubow’s doctoral dissertation focused on the use of high-electron-mobility channel materials in metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs). During her studies, she conducted research at Hitachi Central Research Laboratory in Tokyo, Japan and at Sematech, a consortium of semiconductor companies in Austin, Texas.
Prior to joining Bunsow De Mory, Dr. Lubow was an intellectual property attorney at another law firm in California.
