Law360, an industry-leading legal publication, named Bunsow De Mory one of its Legal Lions of the Week, in recognition of the firm’s sweeping victory in a patent infringement lawsuit against Apple.
Bunsow De Mory represents TOT Power Control, S.L., a Spanish technology company in patent litigation against Apple. Last week, a jury in federal district court in Delaware found that Apple’s iPhones and iPads infringed a TOT Power Control patent directed to important technological improvements to 3G technology that enable significant power savings.
The jury awarded TOT Power Control $110.7 million in damages.
Bunsow De Mory’s trial team consisted of lead counsel, Denise De Mory, and Elizabeth Day, Marc Belloli, Gareth DeWalt and Mike Flynn-O’Brien. The firm worked with co-counsel from Hausfeld LLP, Kelly Legal PLLC, and Farnham LLP.
