Michael Zachary Presents at LES Silicon Valley Chapter’s 2020 “IP Year in Review” Event

On January 20, 2021, Bunsow De Mory partner Michael Zachary gave a presentation at the Silicon Valley chapter of the Licensing Executives Society and Silicon Valley Intellectual Property Law Association’s 2020 “IP Year in Review” Event. Mr. Zachary provided a summary of latest trends and data in patent litigation, as well as a summary of the major decisions that are likely to impact future patent litigation.

In addition to Mr. Zachary, the following presenters provided additional insights to the virtual gathering:
