(Redwood City, CA) – Bunsow De Mory is pleased to announce that it has reached a favorable settlement on behalf of Daedalus Blue, LLC (“Daedalus”) in the Western District of Texas.  Daedalus filed suit against Oracle Corporation and Oracle America, Inc. at the end of May, asserting willful infringement of 5 IBM-developed patents relating to groundbreaking improvements to computer network functionality and computer security.  The parties resolved their disputes in just under two months.
