Talbot Child advises clients on a wide variety of business disputes, including intellectual property matters, commercial and securities litigation matters in federal and state courts, federal regulatory inquiries, and corporate internal investigations. His experience ranges across industries, from fintech and biotech to fashion and aviation.

Talbot’s legal studies began at the University of Oregon School of Law, where he was elected as vice president of the Law of Intellectual Property Club and participated in several other student groups. Talbot then transferred to University of California, Berkeley, School of Law as a second year, where he was a member of a student-led pro bono project assisting U.S. military veterans. After graduating from Berkeley Law, Talbot started his legal career at WilmerHale in San Francisco.

Talbot is an avid fly fisherman and fan of the Los Angeles Dodgers.
