Bunsow De Mory Welcomes Ben Brownlow.

Bunsow De Mory is pleased to welcome Ben Brownlow to our growing patent litigation group.  Ben is a senior associate who practices patent litigation.  He has a broad background in complex commercial litigation, including patent infringement disputes in various technology areas, including network security, digital image processing, big data analytics software, mobile device power management, location-based services, and medical devices. He has significant experience developing and executing litigation strategy, negotiating settlements, and evaluating patent portfolios. Ben has experience litigating in popular patent venues including W.D. Tex and N.D. Cal.  

Prior to joining Bunsow De Mory, Ben was an IP litigation attorney with another Bay Area IP boutique firm.  Ben has additional work experience with several IP consulting firms, where he performed initial portfolio evaluation, infringement analysis, and manage patent infringement litigation on behalf of corporate and individual inventor clients against a multitude of Fortune 500 companies.  In addition, he worked in the legal compliance department of an international investment bank, where he provided securities law guidance on a variety of legal issues impacting bank operations.
