On March 8, 2023, Li participated in a panel, titled “Bootcamp: Nuts and Bolts of Proceedings Before the PTAB,” at the PTAB Bar Association Annual Conference to provide an overview of post-grant proceedings, focusing on IPR practice.  Other panelists include Lead Administrative Patent Judge Amber Hagy, Administrative Patent Judge Brent Dougal, Jennifer Chagnon from Sterne Kessler Goldstein & Fox PLLC, and Stephanie Schonewald from Choate Hall & Stewart LLP.  The program was moderated by Eugene Goryunov from Haynes and Boone LLP.
