Following its success in the litigation against Oracle, today Bunsow De Mory, on behalf of Daedalus Blue, LLC, filed a patent suit against tech giant, Microsoft Incorporated (“Microsoft”).  The case alleges that Microsoft has willfully infringed five patents relating to cloud infrastructure, cloud management, network security, data processing and data management.   Microsoft’s Azure and SQL Server products are among the accused products.  The case is Daedalus Blue, LLC v. Microsoft Incorporated, case number 6:20-cv-01152-ADA in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
