The Daily Journal has named Bunsow De Mory partner Jennifer L. Gilbert to its 2021 “Top 40 Under 40,” an award recognizing the accomplishments of standout lawyers throughout California. Drawn from a strong pool of candidates throughout the state, the 40 honorees were selected based on their records of success for their clients as well as their leadership contributions to their firms and their communities.

As reflected in this award, Jennifer is an accomplished and successful intellectual property litigator with extensive trial experience. She represents clients in state and federal courts and before the U.S. International Trade Commission. In the last three years, Jennifer tried eight cases – three as first chair and five as second chair. Jennifer and her colleagues won all eight trials, including obtaining a $9.25 million jury verdict in a patent infringement case. Jennifer’s attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills enable her to be particularly keen at client counseling, strategic case development, jury selection, and trial management.

This is the latest in a string of recognitions for Jennifer. Two weeks ago, Super Lawyers included Jennifer on its list of 2021 Northern California Super Lawyers and Rising Stars for the eighth consecutive year.
