Bunsow De Mory is pleased to welcome Joshua Scheufler to our growing legal practice. Joshua is an intellectual property associate and joins us from Quinn Emanuel. His practice focuses on all aspects of patent litigation from district court to Patent Office proceedings and appellate review.  He has worked on all variety of technical areas, including telecommunications, speech recognition, consumer electronics, user interfaces, machine learning, unmanned ariel vehicles, cellphone hardware, and medical devices as well as with several technical standards such as 3GPP for Mobile Broadband and EMV standards for contactless payment.  Joshua has experience litigating in popular patent venues including the W.D.Tex and N.D. Cal.  He also has experience representing clients on both sides of the “v” in inter parts review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and as third-party requesters in several successful ex parte reexaminations.
